Meet Our Team

Lori has been with Hatch for 28 years and has spent the majority of her career interfacing with clients to develop innovative workforce strategies to meet the demands of the changing employment market.  Lori is passionate about helping businesses in SE Wisconsin grow by taking time to understand their business and their culture.  Lori is a graduate of Marquette University and continues to build her network with MU alumni in the area.

Lori spends a significant amount of her time volunteering in the community for different organizations, has spoken at several national staffing conferences and is passionate about any activity that gets her outside. 

Henry was born in Minnesota. He was a stand-out at birth; the only boy in a family with seven sisters. He learned very quickly how to assert himself to always get his own way. Tragically, his mother passed away when he was only three weeks old, and he was taken into foster care with the Minnesota Wisconsin Collie rescue. Before he could even get checked out by a vet, the ink still wet on his paperwork with the collie rescue, he learned he would be moving to Wisconsin. He was adopted by the Malett family.

Henry currently lives in Hartford, WI where he protects and takes care of 23 acres of land with his two siblings, Taz and Bear. In his free time, you will find Henry guarding the property, chasing his siblings, challenging himself with puzzles, WWF wrestling where he always comes out on top, showing off his speed and grace with non-stop zoomies, and raising a raucous to communicate his every need. The youngest of three, he has decided he loves being the baby of the family. One of the perks he has enjoyed is meeting all his co-workers and taking many trips to the Hatch office to train with them. He has over 4.5 years of experience working at Hatch. Sniffing out talent, delivering cheer to the staff and prancing through the office greeting new guests as they arrive are a few of his unique talents. Eric has been with Hatch for the past 21 years and has built his career on developing strong relationships with our clients.  Eric genuinely cares about the customers he supports and will do anything to help them grow their business.  He thrives on solving problems, greets challenges head on and takes ownership for failures. 

You will never see Eric pass the buck. He spends time to focus on finding a solution to our client’s problems, listening to their challenges and working with our internal team to lay out successful plans. 

Eric is a graduate of UW Milwaukee, is a Board member of the Wisconsin Association of Staffing Services and can be found weekly at different networking events throughout the city.  Eric is a lifelong learner and attends several conferences, stays up to date on current events and can be counted on to share the latest trends in the market.

Outside of work, Eric can be found traveling with his wife, Megan to watch his two daughters play sports.  They also enjoy time with their one-year-old Bernadoodle, Bertha!

Michelle has been with Hatch for the past 31 years and has worked almost every role in the company.  She brings a breath of market knowledge to her customers, understands the nuances of the employment market and consistently provides our clients with new ideas, resources and solutions to their workforce challenges.  Michelle is a problem solver, and no problem is too big or too small for her.  She had built a reputation in the recruiting industry and relies heavily on her referral networks to capture the best talent. 

Michelle is a graduate of Marquette University and consistently reaches out to her network there to tap into new graduates. In her spare time, you will find Michelle at Menards preparing for her next big household project.  Michelle will have two children in college next year and she and her husband with be empty nesters with their two rescues.

Ryann has been with Hatch for the past 26 years.  During that time, she has built a strong reputation of impeccable follow-up and customer service.  In an industry that is often known for poor follow-up, Ryann sets the gold standard for service.  She has a passion for sourcing talent, and it shows in the talent she attracts.  Ryann was very involved with Marquette University and WAPS serving on the advisory board.  Ryann received her CSC certification and received the Wisconsin Staffing Professional of the Year award.  She takes the time to get to know all her customers, from her internal team members to her clients. She builds strong relationships and receives numerous testimonials for her help in growing their organizations.  Ryann brings talent to our clients that they may not find on their own due to her strong referral network.  Over 70% of her candidates come from referrals. 

Ryann has two daughters that love to dance (one in high school and one in college). She loves spending time up north in the summer with her family at their cabin and takes long walks with her standard poodle, Elliot who is constantly mistaken for a golden doodle.

Kristin has spent 24 out of a 26-year long career with Hatch Staffing Services in several different capacities.  Starting off as a graduate from Wisconsin Lutheran College, her career was launched as a Recruiter.  Throughout her early years, she gained experience working with customers, leading small teams and assisting in growth for our south office.  After just a short hiatus from Hatch, Kristin returned to lead our Managed Services program which had over 50 agencies at 20 different locations. 

Kristin currently supports Lori Malett, President of Hatch Staffing Services. In addition, Kristin has been instrumental supporting and working directly with our clients through our HatchTALENT division.  Wherever help might be needed, Kristin jumps in and gets results. 

Kristin is known for her strong work ethic and desire to create satisfied clients.  She will go the extra mile every time. 

Katie kicked off her career at Hatch in March of 2022 and has six years of experience within Talent Acquisition. She earned her reputation for pinpointing top talent and building high-performing teams. Her deep understanding of both people and processes paved the way for a smooth transition into an Operations Manager role! Katie’s here to bridge the gap between client expectations and internal processes ensuring processes are optimized and teams are aligned.

You’ll find Katie spending time with her family (including her fur children) as well as close friends during her free time wandering throughout downtown Milwaukee.

Allison took a leap of faith in leaving her career of 17 years as a store manager to join Hatch. She loves being a recruiter and has taken on the new challenge, knowing that every day she can make a difference in the trajectory of someone’s career. She enjoys the fast-paced, ever-changing, atmosphere of the industry knowing that each day might hold something different. Allison has experience in all types of recruiting, supporting both clients and candidates to find the match.

Allison enjoys doing anything and everything with her two children and husband. She also loves to cook and read, as well as anything pertaining to the arts. She also takes every opportunity she can to be outside hiking or just going for walks.

James recently shifted career paths and has a passion for helping others do the same thing. He started as a recruiter at Hatch in 2024 and enjoys nothing more than helping folks find meaningful employment. He loves Milwaukee and has deep connections with this city. Prior to his time at Hatch, he spent my life as a theatre professional working as an actor, director, playwright, fight choreographer, educator, and as the Artistic Director of The Bunny Gumbo Theatre Company. After years as a touring musician, Nick felt the call to something new. In 2022, he made the leap into staffing and hasn’t looked back since. What started as a career shift quickly became a passion, as Nick discovered his love for connecting with people from all walks of life. Building genuine relationships and helping candidates find roles where they can thrive is what drives him every day. For Nick, it’s more than just filling positions — it’s about creating lasting connections that support both people and businesses alike.

When he's not matching talent with opportunity, you’ll find him spending time with his wife, son, and two dogs, Lenny and Roland. Free time is often filled with camping trips, strumming his guitar, or getting lost in a classic Ken Burns documentary on PBS.

Araceli is a dedicated recruiting professional with a passion for connecting exceptional talent with outstanding opportunities.

Originally from Milwaukee, Araceli earned her degree from the University of Southern California before returning home to help raise her two younger siblings. Her journey into recruiting was an unexpected yet fortuitous one, and she has since made it her mission to help clients find the right candidates to drive their success. With a diverse background in both local and national recruiting, she has cultivated a strong network and deep industry insights to provide tailored, high-impact solutions.

Beyond her professional life, Araceli is a proud cat mom to Romeo, her tuxedo kitty, and takes pride in being the eldest of three siblings—a role that has instilled in her a natural drive to help others succeed. In her free time, she enjoys attending her siblings' sports games and discovering local events in the Milwaukee area to create lasting memories with them.

Emily began her journey with Hatch as a high school intern during her sophomore year and was invited to return for her senior year. During her internship, she managed the phone, incoming interviews, and some light data entry. 

After graduating, she joined the team as a Research Assistant, helping with sourcing and recruiting. Today, she takes the lead as the Front Desk Manager, overseeing the phones, managing incoming appointments, handling unemployment paperwork, and onboarding outgoing candidates. In her free time, Emily enjoys spending time with her family, building puzzles, crocheting, or watching movies.
