It’s why we give back without waiting to be asked. And it’s why we don’t choose causes based on calendars. We choose them based on the people we meet who could use a helping hand.
Because at Hatch, we don’t just fill job orders. We fill lunchboxes. We build homes. We show up, again and again, for our neighbors, our industries, and our future.
The Causes That Matter to Us

Everyone deserves access to exceptional education. That’s why we are a founding corporate partner of this extraordinary school. Their work-study program gives students real-world experience, an amazing no-cost education, and the confidence to build their futures. 93% of their graduates go to college. Most are the first in their families to do so.
As a women-owned, women-led business, we’re passionate about this cause. Heart disease is the #1 killer of women, and it touches all of us. Our CEO chairs the Go Red campaign. Our team leads it with pride.
We volunteer in hands-on ways, like yard cleanup for seniors with no family nearby. Because dignity and kindness should never be out of reach. These conversations change us. The gratitude stays with us.
Every holiday season, we rally around a family in need. We cook. We wrap. We give everything we can. Because joy should be for everyone, especially those working hard to provide it for others. And our efforts don’t just improve a holiday season. They forever change lives.
This initiative ensures retired Jesuit priests are cared for with the dignity they have earned. Milwaukee is a Jesuit hub—and when we support the Jesuits, we’re supporting our entire community.
Pancreatic cancer gets the least attention and support of all cancers. That’s why we feel we must support it. We stand with the underdog, always. PanCAN’s resources and casework have changed lives, including people close to us.
This one is truly personal. Members of our Hatch family have battled breast cancer. And won. We walk, we raise money, and we cheer every survivor forward. Every day.
We roll up our sleeves and help build homes in Milwaukee. Because everyone deserves a solid foundation where they can grow and thrive. That’s the definition of community.
We bake. A lot. Hundreds of dozens of cookies in fact. We’re passionate about supporting our troops and honoring those who protect our freedom. Without them, none of us could live with the freedoms we all take for granted today.
We bowl to raise money. We mentor because it matters. Supporting youth isn’t a gesture. It’s an investment in Milwaukee’s future.
We champion the trades. Our goal? Elevate awareness and bring new generations into these essential careers. When we uplift trades, the business community follows.
Bipartisan, statewide, data-driven. We participate in and support this organization because smart research leads to smarter decisions. And better communities.
